The phrasing is always the problem. In NYC we had a "fell into a delivery truck" headline a while back

2019 was the worst year for headlines up there that I remember. there was a lot of deaths and rarely was a driver mentioned, just cyclists mysteriously dying while cars were nearby

Not sure why they call this a collision, when it seems the truck just took a side swipe at the cyclist.
