Gee I kinda thought a supreme court justice should be above petty political tantrums that might impugn his objectivity. No? Why not?

So…he wanted free speech, but has to lie to maintain some shred of the appearance of what…impartiality? Nah, that ship has sailed. He got prickly over being questioned on his motives and became a culture warrior.

Scandalous.
