Even if you want to defend the decision that the trial judge must distinguish between official and unofficial acts, it is impossible to defend the length of time it took the court to arrive at this decision. They aren't just putting a thumb on the scales of justice, they're assaulting her.

So there’s already a juror on MSNBC talking about the Biden trial- guilty verdict. He doesn’t have to hide his name and worry for his life. Unlike the Trump trial where jurors must hide. See and FEEL the difference? Freedom versus fascism. It’s on the ballot. oh, and they accept the verdict. VOTE!

Speaker Johnson is adding Scott Perry to the House Intel Committee. Perry sought a pardon for his key role in trying to overturn the 2020 election. People who try to overthrow the U.S gov't don't belong in the House, let alone on the Intel Committee.
