So the SCOTUS decision today sends the case back to the Federal Court (J. Chutkan) to decide which acts are official and which private. She can then rule that Trump meddling at DOJ, telling Pence to toss him the election, asking states to dummy the elector slates and so forth are all private?
And SCOTUS can overturn those decisions.
See, how it works is, they get to decide what's immune and what isn't on a POTUS by POTUS basis. Even if two POTUS were to do the same thing under the same circumstances, SCOTUS can decide which has immunity.

The news cycle of the Supreme court declaring all federal regulation of private companies and civil trial cases unconstitutional is going to end in someone getting injured. I’m surprised at how far liberals can go in this political climate without committing an act of terrorism
