Gosh, has someone let them know that their opinions mean shit? So far gone from reason now that should they push this lack of knowledge on science much farther there WILL be public fury, in an active state.

Doubtful. The general public aren’t scientifically literate. I’m not saying this to be elitist; it’s just an unfortunate fact (partially the result of our anti-intellectual, anti-education culture and public policy, and partially a lack of people feeling science is relevant to them).

Agreed. I was more concerned with scrotus taking scientific liberties way out of their purview.
