As an autistic person, I can confirm that this is indeed true. Although personally, I don't like calling autism a disability simply because it isn't that way for me.
I get yeah, personally I'm inverse when it comes to ADHD, I know folks like to label it as a neurodiverse thing, which probably suits their way of thinking of self viewing, personally I view it as a handicap and have no shame in Adderal being my walking cane.
