I'm pretty sure it's instrument error, as only one of the local sensors is reporting that (and it's located at a recycling yard). The other one, four blocks over, is at a much more reasonable 62.

Ah. I thought maybe either a fire in the area or something.

Quite possibly! Nothing on the local news about it, but a recycling yard catching fire probably wouldn't make the news anyway.
