That is awesome. We had an Asian buffet here in NC - not Japanese, mostly Chinese food, but they had a kiosk for sushi and I kid you not... there were rolls with rice and seaweed wrapped around hotdogs there.

I believe I invented the concept of Sushi Dogs sometime in the 80s, when weed was still wired into the thing that makes you hungry. Never actually made one tho
