For this year’s big family vaca in the UK we decided my hubs and BIL should journey by train and my sis & I would drive everyone else in 2 cars. Everyone has had the most wonderful travel day separate! 😂 We found the secret!

Bless my husband. My US family has descended for our annual multi-generational European gathering and well, there’s *9* of us socializing in this little English house. Not all sleeping here (🙏🏻) but the rest of the time? Well, he’s hanging on to his sanity and charm. Pretty impressive.

I do love my cats but stepping barefoot onto a bundle of tiny small intestines on kitchen floor today has done something to me. And so far no word on where the rest of the animal is…

Today my husband said I’m as bad as my 7 year old for not knowing what day of the week it is. Said I should get the same day-of-the-week underwear as her. I think he’s right.

The difference between my winter and summer wardrobe in the UK is that I put away my long socks and knee boots.. and pull out my short socks and trainers. That’s it.
