Hey Youtube, just because I watched Noah Caldwell-Gervais' video on Dark Souls doesn't mean I want to watch EVERY five hour long video on Dark Souls

My family has an anecdote about my great uncle choosing to skip dinner and go hungry rather than eat the peanut butter sandwiches my great grandmother tried to feed him. It's used as an example of how he was stubborn and always got his own way, but it seems very likely he had a peanut allergy

Thirty years ago was 1994. I was nine and had a diagnosis for ADD (what is now ADHD) and a prescription for ritalin. There were three kids in my homeroom with peanut or other food allergies, including my shellfish allergy. The WHO was three years away from its much maligned obesity definition.
