They won't tell their racist boss to shut the fuck up, but think they'll be throwing bricks.
It's like how if you ask cishet guys about how they'd stop rapists, it's always an action movie scene with a guy in an alley way, and never telling their buddy "hey, you just literally confessed to rape" or telling a relative they are never allowed back.
A lot of people like to imagine they'll get in an epic fistfight with a nazi or rapist, but won't even go "hey, that's not fucking cool" to a coworker being a fashy or sex pest asshole.
The courage to say "shut the fuck up" or "stop being a piece of shit" to an asshole who is your boss or relative, beats whatever imagined courage is required in some batman fantasy violence scenario
And, it's courage that you can tell cishet white guys *entirely lack*.
