Is there an address to have things shipped to if we want to use someone other than Amazon? Many of the personal products like soap can be found cheaper elsewhere.

The Malikah Center on Steinway is doing the same in case ppl in Queens are looking to volunteer. They’ll be doing intake Tues and Thurs next week from 10-2 and are asking ppl to bring their laptops to help get everyone processed faster.

Thanks for flagging this. This is absolutely despicable. Unfortunately I’m not surprised that this is happening under the Adams administration. His remarks not too long ago about how NYC is unfairly bearing the brunt of housing and feeding asylum seekers (lol) got a lot of play on right wing media
