Except they weren't conned. They knew full well what they were doing. Makes the rest of us look like dopes for not doing something about it beforehand though.
My money is on him getting SCOTUS to involve itself in those convictions and they will find any of several ways to overturn a state's criminal convictions.
I do not have any expectation that Trump will go to jail; but democrats will make the prison system swell as they get declared terrorists.
