Yeah, besides the fact that people might have to shoplift to even be able to eat at this point.
YOU ARE NOT A FREELANCE SECURITY GUARD
Don't go jumping on people stealing shit from Walmart. It's not your responsibility. People who do this are such psychos!
Especially considering that a lot of people's idea of "freelance security guards" include chasing down any black person who has a full cart, regardless of whether it was all paid for.
Indeed I didn't, unless it's from a local grocer which surprisingly exist in the far reaches of WNY.
Otherwise, steal away. Especially from Walmart because fuck em'.
My Target spent a bunch of money installing those. Then they refused to change staffing so no one could access anything. Now they are all just left wide open at all hours
They will probably just shut their business down and take it somewhere else eventually like many have been in areas where theft is not prosecuted like in CA
Yes, because a greedy big box store wouldn't raise the price to cover the shrink... Your mentality is infantile. You end up stealing from the paying customers. It would not be in their best interest to let you do it.
Don't put words in my mouth. I can't steal so you can't either. If you're empathetic then buy it for them. I'd you say nothing then you are abetting and take responsibility for the fallout. So while you won't mind $0.10 more for a loaf of bread, I do and others might. You don't speak for us.
Quote the original text, exactly as I have written it and then demonstrate your point. Otherwise you're just twisting words and making stuff up like it was a fact.
Because you’re defending multi-billion dollar corporations who steal way more between wage theft, subsidizing low wages with welfare, and price gouging from people who are finding it harder to afford to live.
They absorb the cost but if it reaches a certain level then they will find a way to recoup the money in the long run. This is not usually a decision made at the store level. They don't need to tell the store any of their plans. I won't give anyone ammo to steal things.
They never factored that into their liabilities. So untrue. For example, if I never give you money and never promised to then how can I say I'm
going to improve my margins by saying I'm not going to give you money? It was never a factor. Back on point, stealing is not an option. Never was.
