Know this: All that deregulation amounts to is bigger profits for the rich at the expense of everyone else.
I never get why Dems are not clued enough to just resubmit the presidential orders with enough variations to spam the court.

Most labor unions have these clauses in their contracts already. This is for all those that don’t have the protection of a union. I worked in a Firestone factory in early 80’s and when outside temps went over 85°, the plant would take a heat vote. It would have been close to 100° inside.
