If it helps her child to prevent serious illnesses, I totally agree with it 👍. Her child is not responsible for his irresponsible mother, and a doctor must save lives.
The Russians didn't start the anti-vaccine conspiracies but it's basically guaranteed that they fanned those flames in various disinformation campaigns. Though I suspect the end goal was to sow division and dissent rather than measles.

I'm not a doctor and I have absolutely done this to every anti-vax conspiracy nut I meet. If you can't convince them to give up their idiocy, leverage it for the better.
