In an election where it was stigmatized to vote Tory and only the proudest racists will admit they vote reform it's not a surprise to have quite a lot of shy Tories

Beat me to it, was about to reply to say that I didn't expect them to get more votes than the Lib Dems.
It's concerning for sure, it will also mean that Starmer is vanishingly unlikely to do anything with FPTP
Feels unlikely even the Lib Dems will want to make a fuss on this result.
Interesting (terrifying?) if Reform make it a condition of "uniting the right", they do love a referendum
