one observation: of the betting favourites to be the next Tory leader, there's no 'read PPE at Oxford' candidates. seems mildly ironic that PPE is partly responsible for the demise of the Oxbridge PPE crew:

The Reform Party heralds a new age of private companies getting employees elected to Parliament. It'll be interesting in 2029 to see the Barclays party forming a coalition government alongside Shell and the Microsoft Alliance
