Dear me:
please drink some coffee before attempting to make blueberry muffins for breakfast I have done this! But even worse, once I forgot *sugar*. That’s one you really can’t put in at the end. It's such a disappointment! I know someone who put salt instead of sugar in a cake. The result was terrifying. It didn't even cake. It's been decades and I still remember the sludgy horror. It was done by a pro baker, too. I suspect they also remember it.
