just wanted to have a discussion, bud. you were the one who immediately thought that the best way to make your point was to say someone else had brain damage. not the best way to convince someone.

“Over 1 in 3 (34 percent) millennials have no emergency savings, the highest percentage of any generation”

If you want to cite data to show it’s “worse than it’s ever been” I’d choose a poll that’s older than 2020.

I did, fucker. Sorry, losing patience with all these folks calling me dumb when you apparently straight up didn't read the part where they say this is the worst it's been since they STARTED ASKING in 2020.

So update your statement. “The vibes are the worst they’ve been in the five years we’ve asked this vibes question!”

Again, the poll is not older than 2020. Like I said. Take a deep breath. Maybe some Tylenol. It’ll be ok.

literally. my original point. was about the difference. between 2020. and right now.

“More Americans than ever” Show me where you said 2020. And I’ll explain to you why pegging your economic expectations to a year with 10% unemployment is moronic.

it's in the original fucking post. where i said compare rent prices from 2020 to today. for sure could have used better terminology later on than 'than ever', though.

You understand why “since 2020” might be in conflict with an article that’s about how “gen Z has it worse than millennials”? You need to compare it to data about millennials at the same time frame. And you might not want to post a survey that says millennials still have lower rates of e funds

it's not vibes based to say "i have nothing in my emergency account". that's why i picked that. I don't wanna operate on vibes despite what y'all might think. i'm interested in solving this problem

What kind of emergency accounts do you think people had in 2009?
