I've finally bottled my first homebrewed mead. "Golden Calf." It's... wonderful. I'm super surprised it worked out as well as it did. The taste has a nice honey afternote and it's really not very sweet at all. It's also somewhere between 16-17% ABV.

Nice, congrats! I've not had mead before. I'll have to see about finding some for the 4th tomorrow~
