a dear friend put me on it and suggested listening to something light and funny afterwards as a palate cleanser. I can see how this music can be a downer for some. For me is a perfecter (?)
Yeah I don’t find it to be depressing! I mean, sometimes you can tell that he is depressed, but listening to it never makes me sad. I’ve been a big fan since high school and I’m always excited when people get into him
The albums breeze by. So far I’ve listened to the self titled album and either/or. Loved them both. Would u say just listen to the rest of them in chronological order ?
Yeah that’s not a bad move! They really are all good, they get a little more produced as they go - some people don’t like that but I think he’s great with just a guitar or with tons of other instrumentation and overdubs and stuff
