Political violence always benefits authoritarians because liberals will always condemn it and authoritarians, regardless of whether they are perpetrators or victims, will always use it to claim more power.

This is all going to get really bad.

I understand the impulse of those who are still ridin’ with Biden. I was recently on that bus. Anyone with elderly parents knows they can have good and bad days. But with stress and fatigue those bad days get very bad indeed. We’ve not yet seen the worst. Find a substitute now while we still can.

This presser should be the end of Biden’s run. Just painful to watch. He’s done.

Gonna spend some time in this guy’s kitchen to, you know, chill out.

Trump missed an easy layup on the age question. He could have said: “have a look at this guy. Do you really think he’s capable of the responsibilities of the office?” Instead he nattered on about golf and cognitive tests. His narcissism and insecurity won out.
