If you do, I also have a Big Green Egg and would recommend the knockoff Kamado Joe which is usually being sold at Costco for half the price.

I mean I have a very.... American... number of grills; I am totally tempted by a Kamado to fill the role that propane does, which is "grill that I can cook quick steaks or fish on whenever, especially as a weekday thing" but it seems like it might not be quiiiiite as handy

Are you sure you’re not me? I have a similar number. Propane fills the niche you describe better than any alternative.

I really wish I had teed off my outdoor fire pit natgas line so I could feed a grill from it.

in my defense the first two are at home and the last two are at seasonal camp so

that rules. I have weber gas, traeger, weber kettle and, I dunno, I mean, you could fit a kamado right in there
