I have a general rule - you post a picture of a cat, I am muting you. Your picture of a cat is, for me, reasonable evidence that I'm not going to be interested in anything you say in future. Now: will "the algorithm" ever notice this and stop showing me posts consisting of cat pics? Answer: not yet
