It's no accident that this nine-member SCOTUS boasts seven Catholics. Sure, Sotomayor doesn't vote with the other six, but Opus Dei and the Federalist Society, through Leonard Leo, have made this the goal over the past four decades.

The nice part about this is, if we survive the next four years, we can go "legally this is stupid and obviously done by corrupt people no we won't do this" and strike it because there's no argument past "I made it up". So...don't let Skeletor win in the next 4 years?
