The Lincoln Project people are strictly political mercenaries for hire. They'll do anything for anyone, so long as they're paid. If Trump offered them more tomorrow, they'd switch to Trump.

Their only issue with Trump is that when Trump and his close associates closed ranks they were locked out in the cold and could not gorge from the trough. That's it. That's their beef with him.
