The thing about Plum is that several times a day, we will hear a distinct muffled, repeated yowl as she comes up the stairs. At the top of the stairs she deposits whatever item she has decided to carry to us— usually one of her sushi toys
I don't remember where I read it but supposedly cats bring gifts of food because you seem to be so bad at catching your own dinner, from a cat's perspective
