No joke here (sorry): Homelessness in Finland is very low because they provide small apartments and mental health support without any conditions attached to it. 80% of those who use it get jobs , gain stable housing, and sobriety But thanks for the plastic trash can in NYC, Mayor Adams

Setting boundaries with needy clients is so hard because on one hand I want to punch them in the throat and need them to respect my expertise but on the other I am like OH NO what if they hate my reasonable boundaries and don’t book with me and I cost my company money and I get fired.
