It occurred to me that tech CEOs don’t realize that “AI hallucinations” are not fixable. They think this is a typical “break now and fix later” thing. This isn’t fixable. And that’s patently obvious to many of us. How do these “leaders” get and keep their jobs?
The current AI shitshow is a prime example of what happens when people take the Software Development Life Cycle and remove all phases except for development and release to production.
