Last night, I reported that Gov. Greg Abbott suggested a ban on trans and gender nonconforming people from teaching in public schools. Today, a growing list of Republicans in Texas, including the state GOP chairman, have vocally endorsed the suggestion.

"This is the type of behavior that we want to make sure we end in the state of Texas," Gov. Abbott said about a teacher who wore gender nonconforming clothes. He connected the issue to school privatization, saying it would allow parents to pull their kids out of schools that have LGBT teachers.

What about protecting kids from pastors? Did he do anything about that? Seems they pop up in the news regularly facing sexual assault charges. Maybe banning kids from attending church before they are 18 would be a good idea . Ya know for safety sake.

If Abbott really wanted to protect kiss he would start by banning these four from teaching. His policies are all about enabling his fellow Gross Old Paedophiles.
