I wish we had this mechanism with Federal judges. Why don't we? It would be the ultimate solution to this issue with the SCOTUS. If we ONLY had the power to, as voters, reject an appointed justice if it's clear they are just pissing in our faces. Do it in shifts like the Senate, 1/3 at a time.
