My only complaint is that they should have shoehorned more thin connections to other comics lore in. Name the doctor who delivers baby Peter Parker "Kevin Octavius" and make it clear he's Otto's cousin.

Well, maybe had. I think Elias died after probating Otto's will after Otto was murdered in the 90s (he got better)
