There are 3 BFDs in this one Quiet New Deal:
1. A massive investment in America’s infrastructure and manufacturing capacity focusing on clean energy to drive down the price and accelerate the transition from fossil fuels.
3. A strategic focus on making government work better in ways that taxpayers notice by reducing administrative burdens and eliminating excessive personal burdens, such as education debt.
My state is looking into both Nuclear and Geo Thermal energy as a transition away from coal and oil for our electricity. We cannot forget that a major part of the Quiet new deal is clean energy.
There is historic precedent. Jimmy Carter put solar panels on the White House roof. One of Ronald Reagan's first acts as president was to take them down. It made the news when the panels went up, total silence when they were taken down.
Ah the images in the article are mostly broken. I can parse through it but definitely puts a damper on using it to communicate the positives to those less engaged.
Honestly...?
Because EITHER --
-- Neo-Democrats don't really want them... And want "plausible deniabilty."
-- They have concluded that Trump will win, and don't want to waste potential pension money.
-- They have no balls.
That being said, FUCK YES I will vote for for @potus!!! He may have no balls, but he's STILL the only nutless chance we have. It sucks, but it's all we have.
