Give them pups some snacks! (Also: I have a Pit Barrel Cooker as well, and have had excellent results with ribs, but less success with brisket. Any recommendations?)

I only do flats (5-8 lbs), not whole briskets, and it works really well for those.

I think we can tell who is celebrating.
