Already feels bad, like the Trump years did, when there was no way to escape knowing horrible new things multiple times a day

Sadly, I have not suppressed it. It was awful. It was traumatic.

Same, which is why I am now experiencing near-violent frustration with the people who seem to have convinced themselves that a second term would be ok in the long run.
