Made halibut cheeks for dinner and if you ever have the chance to have it, highly recommend. They are like halibut mixed with a giant scallop. This is a completely unappealing photo of it - sautéed and finished with butter and lemon. And the pasta salad I had on the side. Ingredients in alt. 🍜🍽️🌱
