today i had a zoom therapy appointment where i cried and ate noodles with my bare hands on camera and she didn’t even blink

Seems pretty normal to me. I met a gender affirming speech therapist over Zoom this morning and told her that I had some experience with voice modulation from trying to learn throat singing.
