Ya I mean abstractly I actually agree w the idea but my skepticism is like this is actually being done to address real concerns/will be effective. But one can hope!
Every time I call the hospital in the next county over, I navigate all the prompts, only for the person picking up to ask why I’m calling and then transfer me. What purpose is it even serving?!
