I’ll divide up the totals spent on stupid projects and how even $1k to 5,000 could change so much. It’s like UBI. It all comes down to trusting people for no other reason than the fact they are rich. No one means tests rich people to make sure their tax breaks aren’t being wasted on non-essentials.
