When I was old enough to drive, this was still on AOR radio and would be the kind of song you would turn up with the windows down while on the way home planning to explain to your parents why you were late. Lyrics were secondary, much like Semi Charmed Life 25 yrs later.
Both bothered me as a kid! Although I didn’t understand “bump,” I thought it was a sex thing I didn’t understand rather than a drugs thing I didn’t understand. 😳
