If I could travel back in time I would advise myself to simply not write 5-7 books in different lengths and genres, just because it makes writing an author bio (an annoying task at the best of times) even more annoying

*Brief* summary of trad vs indie publishing pros/cons. I'm in trad because the pay is weirdly very good *for now* (it wasn't always), but it's an individual decision - mostly, do your homework, know your goals, and go in informed.

I'm in trad but know indies (ebooks, both wide and Amazon/KU) making anywhere from a few grand USD to 6 figures. Pros: you control everything, no waiting ages for advance or (if any) royalties or publication (I have a book turned in late 2021 scheduled for 2024 due to edits plus other stuff). - more
