Generally just the variety. You can get regular groceries, a decent selection of ““international”” foods for an American grocery store, and prepared meals. You can get some of those at H Mart, Market Basket, Stop & Shop, or TJ's, but not all. (Costco is irrelevant to me because membership fee.)

Also, in my anecdotal experience, they tend to have pretty good “family pack” options for certain things compared to other grocery stores, and their cheese section beats everyone but TJ's. I also like that they have half-dozen bags of fresh bagels and big packs of lox 😊

I would save so many hours if I didn't insist every @bostonbikeblockers.bsky.social photo had alt text. Accessibility is super important to me, but also makes running BBB feel really unsustainable. Even more so than blurring faces and license plates. IDK what to do about it 😕

Does anyone know where I can get a mini pump like this that also has a pressure gauge? I like the flexible hose, but most of the mini pumps I see with flexible hoses screw on, which is incompatible with one of my valves 😞

Just remember: Arts & Humanities are so useless and pointless that Tech Bros were driven to spend billions of dollars to try and get a computer to do something that badly approximates something Arts & Humanities students could do half asleep and wired on coffee the night before the due date.

In case anyone else has been in this infuriating situation for months and can't figure out why: If the #GoogleCalendar Android app won't let you drag and drop events on your calendar to reschedule them, check whether you have “Select to Speak” turned on in Accessibility settings!

Even if you aren't actively using Select to Speak, it being enabled at all disables that function in the GCal app. Nothing in GCal or Select to Speak settings indicates that might happen, but toggling it entirely off fixes the issue!

It is maddening and depressing keep hearing last week's debate was good for Trump and bad for Biden. Like yeah, my delivery will also be less streamlined if I try to remember and accurately quote a billion facts than if I can just fill in any blank with the first nonsense that comes to my mouth.
