They only want app people bc it’s cheaper and more efficient for them

Completely agree. They've forced me against my will to be an app + drive through guy, but it's a cheaper and better experience every which way.

I was making a pit stop and went in to use the restroom and like in retrospect, the move was to leave and get in the drive-through line for my food, but that’s so fucking stupid it didn’t occur to me.

I wish the app would generate menu possibilities when you use the search feature. It's a pain in the arse that it doesn't.

The benefits of the app don't show up till you're ordering for a family. I would never use it to just say "I want a 4b with a coke."

But I don't want to install intrusive and unnecessary software to orser nuggies and fries.

Agree. The app has its uses (my kids don't like pickles on their burger, makes my ordering easier), but it shouldn't be at the expense of turning a restaurant into a glorified vending machine.

I had the worst experience trying their app. I think wires got crossed because 3 of us pulled up almost exact same time, maybe? But essentially the app didn't give me the option to check in, they wouldn't give me my food because I didn't check in, and wouldn't give me a refund 🙃 Lesson learned

I'm all app all the time for TB 1) I don't want to voice my shameful gluttony to another person. At least with an app I can pretend it's for multiple people (IGNORE THE ONE DRINK) 2) Sometimes there are app-exclusive items.

I'm also in the tank for the TB app for the reasons you stated plus: 1) reading the damn board at the drive-thru is a pain in my ass 2) never any confusion over my wife's vegetarian mods 3) I can punch in the order and start the 15-minute drive over to White Center to get it
