Same.

Keeping Trump out of the White House isn’t the only thing that needs doing and it isn’t enough to solve all problems facing the country & world but if it isn’t done then all those problems get exponentially worse in ways I don’t even know how to express and it scares me when people pretend otherwise

I had drinks with an editor in corporate publishing after her first compulsory "Let AI write your emails!" training. She was like, "Can't I just … write emails?" Nine months later, I asked if her team ever used AI, and she said no one's found any use for it at all, but the trainings will not stop.

Among the problems created by Loper Bright: the U.S. is now a significantly riskier climate for investors than it was yesterday. Regulation is far less predictable and will be susceptible to extreme geographic variation. No way to know if the end result helps you or a competitor.

The decisions coming in from SCOTUS sure haven't changed my mind that Biden's biggest mistake was to forego an effort to pack the court.

The moderators' questions favored Biden. Trump being trump has provided low hanging fruit to attack. Joe has not been up to the task. After a while, you can blame advisors only so much.

30 minutes into this debate and I can only hope that undecideds are just turned off by both candidates, because Biden is a disaster.

4 years ago when Trump wouldn't commit to accepting the election results, it was a big scandal that dominated headlines. Now, Republicans are saying "we'll see" about accepting the results on a daily basis and are met with shrugs. This is how authoritarianism becomes normalized.

It's a good day for trump to release his tax returns.

At this point it is too much to ask SCOTUS Justices to recuse themselves in cases where they are politically compromised or to set aside their own politics. Just acknowledge that they too are political, albeit appointed, with the price of 12 year max terms and be done with it.
