Listened to, the indicator I think, this morning talking about how doctors of all types are self selecting from going to anti abortion states really paints how dire this is going to get.
Oh it's a well documented phenomenon, and it predates Dobbs (I bet I don't have to tell you about the decimation of the rural hospital system). But it's much worse with OBGYNs being forced out in abortion ban states.
