We need change "Lemon" to "Tesla". "oh, your car has had so many issues!" "yeah, it's truly a Tesla"

Get some "Tesla Laws" on the books in states, to prevent dealerships from trying to sell bad cars.

Or, you know, just make actual safety standards to sell cars. Put the onus on the manufacturers, not the resellers.

Yeah, because they don't go through third party dealerships, and Lemon Laws don't cover factory-new vehicles. For that, you're probably looking at general, standard consumer protection laws or whatever. Sure Tesla is going to get an exciting education vis a vis litigation soon.
