I'll never understand the narrative that "Higher wages are bad".. When all of the effects of wage increases is a choice created by the people that were forced to pay higher wages. The capitalistic response to raising wages seems to be: "If you do it I'll hurt you.", abusive assholes.

We raised the wages and people want to work for us again. I don't get it!
