I spent some time on Twitter last night for draft discourse, and it might be because I’m not paying the eight dollars, it doesn’t actually seem to function very well? It wouldn’t let me like things from the timeline until I rebooted it, and I had to manually get rid of an anniversary notification.

I became a twitter user in 2013 and yes back then, there where bots following you, that later learn to like tweets, but nowhere near the levels of today and twitter got rid of most of them while not shutting of other fun bots or programs
