I don't see the "Sacred Heart Emergency Center" performing an abortion at gunpoint. There's a problem in that, like a lot of our medical facilities and SCOTUS, they're owned by the Catholic church.

What does that mean, per pregnancy?

As in, the number of (viable?) pregnancies that end in abortion. I couldn't tell if the 24% in your skeet referred to proportion of total procedures, proportion of pregnancies ended medically, or percentage who have ever had an abortion. Don't know where these stats would even be tracked.
